Length of Services:

• Four (4) hour minimum
• Eight (8) hour, twelve (12) hour, or any length of shift normally assigned
• Short-term, intermittent, long-term assignments, or temporary-to-hire
• Requests for services can be either on short notice or in advance for weekly/monthly scheduling

Standards of Operation:

• Employment Requirements include references, experience, license/certification verification, background check, drug screening, competency check, orientation (including OSHA Regulations), and medical (including physical, TB, and MMR)
• All personnel are bonded and covered by comprehensive insurance including professional liability and workers’ compensation
• As the employer, CCPP covers all required tax payments such as Social Security, withholding, unemployment, etc.
• Competency and skill level of employee is matched to the individual assignment
• Continuous employee evaluation process is documented with input from each client
